Career planning is a big task. It means planning your learning, leisure and work to progress through career and life. It means gaining and using the skills, knowledge and experience that you have and makes informed decisions about education, training and work. Right decisions would lead you to the right paths that give you a meaningful career with purpose, satisfaction and fulfilment
