A. By using a IMC Student Card.
Q. Where do I get a IMC Student Card?
A. New students will be granted a IMC student ID card at the commencement of their studies with IMC. If you are a non-award student or you have misplaced your student ID card, you can request one at IMC's reception in the Biomedical Building.
Q. I have not been issued a IMC Student card. Can I still borrow?
A. You need a valid Student ID Card to borrow.
Q. What is the loan period for borrowed items?
A. Two weeks for undergraduates, three weeks for postgraduates.
Q. What’s the maximum number of items I can borrow?
Q. How much is the fine for overdue items?
A. $1 per day.
Q. Where can I find core texts?
A. From the shelves marked “Business Textbook” and “Law School Section.”
Q. What does the book with the “Reference” tag mean?
A. It means the book can be used in the Library only and cannot be checked out.
Q. How can I access databases from IMC Library?
A. You need your Student login details obtained from the IT Department.
Q. Does IMC provide English Language support?
A. IMC does. The School has an English Language and Academic Skills Coordinator. You can contact email@example.com
Q. How to avoid fines?
A. By monitoring your emails; an email alert will advise you the due dates of items;
by returning items to the Library before the due date;
by checking your loans and accrued fines via login to your Primo Account.
Q. How do you pay Library fines?
A. in person at IMC Library from 9:00AM-6:00PM Monday-Friday;
By bank cheque made payable to IMC Education Institute by post or delivered in person to:

Q. Do I need to inform the library once payment has been made online?
A: Yes, a receipt number needs to be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org for payment to be applied in the system.
Q. Can I renew my item/s?
A. The items can be renewed by login into your Primo and renew book/s online. You can only renew book/s 2 times via Primo. Then after book/s need to be returned to the Library, otherwise fines will be incurred. Alternatively, you can visit the Library and we can renew the items for you.
Q. Can I renew item/s even they are overdue?
A. If you have overdue items, you cannot renew them until fines are settled and items can be borrowed again after being returned.
