Zotero, Evernote & Dropbox Guides!
At Top Education we're continually trying to make the lives and learning of our students easier, and have included, in addition to course content, guides for every area of study. Struggling with Economics? Check out the Economics guide, with it's introductory material and tools to help students grasp the subject area.
Included in these guides are newly created software tool guides to aid students not just in one particular subject or unit but across their student life and beyond. Some of the software is designed to help students reference. Others are more organisational in their focus. Regardless, it is recommended that all students utilise these invaluable tools for their personal study and collaborative exercises.
The following is contained in the Referencing & Organisational Software guide:
Zotero is powerful and free citation and organisational software, enabling students to collate, import, export and reference documents of any type in almost any citation style. |
Evernote is an archival software tool designed for note-taking, organising and archiving content across devices. Students can take notes, both typed and hand-written, as well as snip in web content and even voice memos. |
Dropbox is a file-sharing system, utilising a "cloud" to share and backup files across multiple devices. It enables students to edit and use the same file on any device with an internet connection, as well as share with other students for collaborative group work. |
